Roundtable Discussion: In a recent survey, over 40% of financial institutions identified lack of talent as their top challenge in implementing AIDA. Even though Financial Institutions (FIs) are already facing stiff competition from tech firms and other industries who are competing for tech talent, it is estimated that there will be a gap of approximately 1,600 AIDA roles for the financial sector by 2025, further exacerbating the situation. The roundtable aims to deliver the following outcomes: 1. Assess if current efforts to re-skill and upskill professionals are sufficient to meet the financial sector’s demands and identify key areas of improvement for current interventions 2. Discover what the financial sector needs to contribute to nurture AIDA talent 3. Identify areas where policy changes may be required to increase upskilling opportunities
